Samples: Please understand that we cannot provide free samples. Nevertheless, we will provide full refund on returned samples. Artwork: Please send computer files of up to 2 MB simply as e-mail attachment. Bigger files should be burned on CD-ROM, and sent by mail. Please phone us if you want to transfer files by ISDN. We are working on "IBM compatible" PCs, not Apple. Please keep this in mind when choosing a graphics format. Design proposals: We would be glad to make design suggestions. Normally we first make about 3 quick sketches, and subsequently, considering your response, 3 detailed design proposals. Please understand, that we have to charge for our creative work, although at reasonable prices.  Shipment terms: Please understand that especially with low price orders to be manufactured in Far East there can be short delays. Indicate in advance if you need the goods at a certain date. Payment terms: First orders C.O.D. (cash on delivery) or similar. With big orders Letter of Credit or similar.
